After having a very negative experience with another Nissan dealer closer to our home (John Amato Nissan) we went across town to Rosen Nissan.
Sawyer F answered all of our questions (or if he didn't know the answer, admitted that and then found out the answer), was patient as we determined the type of SUV we wanted to purchase (Nissan Armada), accepted our extensive negotiations on price and our extremely short timeframe in which we needed to purchase and receive delivery of the car, and completed the sale with professionalism and courtesy.
At 9:00 pm at night, Sawyer stayed after closing hours, patiently drove both colors of SUV we were debating between into the service area for us to review out of the rain, and entertained our toddler with milk and cookies while we determined the color, package level and features we wanted on the SUV. Sawyer is sincere, personable and willing to do whatever it takes to make his clients happy. The rest of the dealership team was excellent as well. The dealership prides itself on beating other dealership's pricing, and it does, and it negotiates price with professionalism. The after-market accessories expert, Shelly, is also a consumate professional -- assisting us with all of our questions and requests, and taking the time to find out all of the alternatives and pricing and then assisting us in choosing the best alternative for our family.
In summary, Sawyer and his team made this the best car purchase experience we have had in a very long time. Thank you to Sawyer and Rosen Nissan!
