The experience we received from the get-go at Rosen Nissan was no less than exemplary. When we arrived the parking lot was full, as there was a promotion going on. Our immediate reaction was the preconceived notion that the service would probably be off because of the distraction. That was far from true. What we were about to experience was extraordinary. When the parking attendant learned we had an appointment with you he personally made sure we found parking. Once inside you immediately focused your complete attention on us as though we were the only customers there at the time and obviously given the hectic nature of the promotion that was not the case. After our exchange you put us in the very capable hands of Sherri Foote. Sherri began by listening, with empathy, to the story of the hair raising route we had to take to the dealership. She immediately put us at ease by telling me she would have one of her co-workers lead us to the freeway for the return home. In hindsight, she was so smart to address it immediately so we could relax and give her our full attention. We found Sherri to be professional, attentive, enthusiastic, resourceful, productive, and efficient. She took the time to establish a relationship and create rapport with us. Sherri displayed a genuine customer friendly attitude which was evidenced through her notable communication skills. She kept us informed of everything that she was doing every step of the way. With that being said we would like to commend you for the unbelievable gap that you have created between you and your competitors. You not only have to hold customer service high as an individual by having a customer friendly attitude, but you as the owner, also have to ensure that all who work for you do the same. In our opinion your dealerships should be the “Gold Standard” by which all other dealerships are measured.
