This past week I had them replace the roof and I couldn’t happier. Everything the estimator presented in the initial proposal was exactly what transpired on-site. Don't to usiness with Rosedlae roofing. I had an emergency leaking roof and it took them 6 weeks to repair it and it is not done right. Made numerous calls to try to speak to upper management (I could not get the sales rep I dealt with to return my calls or my texts) but to no avail. It's been almost a year and they still have it made it right. Very eager to take my money and not eager to do the job right. Sorry I did business with them. It's been a nightmare. more

I have a 14 year old roof, and I have been having the same leak over my dining room ceiling for close to 2 years now, I have had this area of my roof repaired 3 different times, by 3 different contractors and nothing has seemed to work. Since I didn't have good experiences with the repairs, I contacted Rosedale Roofing in early May to complete a full roofing job. The lady I spoke with at the office was very friendly, and set up an appointment right away. When I met with the estimator I had every intention of buying a new roof. After performing his inspection, he assured me with confidence that he could fix the roof, and that my roof had 5-8 years of life left. He was so certain, he said if his repair did not work, he would credit me the full amount of the repair towards a new roof. I decided that since I had nothing to lose, I would give it one more try. I am please to report that was 4 weeks ago, and several rains later (including the torrential downpour from last Friday), I AM LEAK FREE! Thanks to Rosedale Roofing for saving me thousands!! In this world of no service, it is refreshing to work with an honest and trustworthy company! more

From start to finish it was very pleasant dealing with Rosedale Roofing company! Brenden Ring showed up on time for the estaminet , took the time to inspected my roof fully and gave my wife and I a great presentation. He explained everything that would take place on our roof. The project took 2 days. Brenden was here both days to make sure everything was went as planned. The workers did a very good job cleaning up and protecting my wife's garden. Terrible service. The 2 salesmen I dealt with made me feel like I was beneath them. They told me that all my work would be done by their trained master roofing mechanics. They showed up to my home in an old beat up pick-up truck with a trailer. None of the workers spoke English good enough to understand. I felt as though this company just sold the job and then gave it to another company to do for cheaper. I had several estimates done after they got my money. Every estimate that I received was at least half the price that I paid them. Get several estimates before committing to a contractor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! more

I had Rosedale roofing come out to fully replace a roof and all rotted wood on the roof. They came out and replaced the roof but placed new plywood over soaking wet rotting wood which had old shingles and more rotting wood underneath it. When I inquired if they removed the old wood they assured that they did and that they can send me pictures of it. Well the pictures never turned up. So I sent them video footage from my security camera of them placing fresh plywood over soaking wet wood that was on the roof. Is this the type of company you would like working on your house? Only after many phone calls and me sending the videos did they agree that they were wrong and would come out and repair the roof, but then tried to charge additionally for removal of wood that was already included in my initial quote. I wonder how many other customers of Rosedale Roofing are getting ripped off and have no idea. I would never recommend them to anyone. Rosedale Roofing removed three layers of shingles. Big Job. Rosedale Roofing helped my wife and I pick out an energy star qualified roof product that meets both solar reflectance and thermal emissivity. The Certainteed Landmark Solaris Max Def Weatherwood shingle is a very nice looking shingle that enhances our home's appearance while providing the beauty of a natural look. Rosedale Roofing installed our new roof under extreme hot conditions. The heat made the install difficult and demanding on the workers. Rosedale Roofing identified some abrasions on the surface of some shingles during a final inspection and replaced the shingles immediately. I recommend Rosedale Roofing to homeowners that want to hire a roofing company that stands behind their workmanship and puts the customer first.
