I have a 14 year old roof, and I have been having the same leak over my dining room ceiling for close to 2 years now, I have had this area of my roof repaired 3 different times, by 3 different contractors and nothing has seemed to work. Since I didn't have good experiences with the repairs, I contacted Rosedale Roofing in early May to complete a full roofing job. The lady I spoke with at the office was very friendly, and set up an appointment right away. When I met with the estimator I had every intention of buying a new roof. After performing his inspection, he assured me with confidence that he could fix the roof, and that my roof had 5-8 years of life left. He was so certain, he said if his repair did not work, he would credit me the full amount of the repair towards a new roof. I decided that since I had nothing to lose, I would give it one more try. I am please to report that was 4 weeks ago, and several rains later (including the torrential downpour from last Friday), I AM LEAK FREE! Thanks to Rosedale Roofing for saving me thousands!! In this world of no service, it is refreshing to work with an honest and trustworthy company!
