Love the mechanics at Rose Hill. My friend Trish Grimes referred me and I have not been disappointed. Well, the $96 hourly labor rate seems high but, oh well, guess you can't have everything. more

Repairs to Vanessa's vehicles 3/20/2016

Excellent Customer Service 12/4/2015

Took my car in for a pre- "road trip" check. I feel much more at ease starting a long car journey having had the mechanics at Rose Hill check my car prior to the trip. They call to let me know what work needs to be done and the price. Once I give my okay, they complete the work and let me know when the car is ready. The ride they offer to/from home is a great perk and reflects how Rose Hill service center goes above and beyond to cater to their customers' needs. Thoroughly reliable with consistently skillful mechanics, it's a pleasure doing business with Rose Hill. more

Great Service 9/5/2015

I always get great service here. I had used another place for tires and they came up with $3,000 of engine work that the vehicle needed. (Why are you looking under the hood when I just needed tires?) When I took it to Rose Hill, they let me know the priority of things that needed to be done and it was WAY less than that price. I sincerely trust them. more

Honest/trusted mechanics 8/18/2015

I've been using these folks for close to 20 years and they are fantastic. Top notch mechanics with tons of integrity, and wonderful customer service. They listen to what I feel is wrong with my car and then they diagnose the vehicle, call me with a detailed itemized estimate, and then repair what I approve. I typically call ahead to make an appointment, but on the days when I'm driving and my car makes a funny noise, I drop in to the garage unannounced and they are always willing to take a quick look at my car to see if what I'm hearing is a safety issue, or something that can wait to be fixed at a later date. They also provide me with information on preventive maintenance as to projected work and costs so that I am aware and can plan for upcoming maintenance. Bottom line, I completely trust these folks and they have never let me down. They are highly skilled in their field and absolutely reliable and honest. more
