I've been using these folks for close to 20 years and they are fantastic. Top notch mechanics with tons of integrity, and wonderful customer service. They listen to what I feel is wrong with my car and then they diagnose the vehicle, call me with a detailed itemized estimate, and then repair what I approve. I typically call ahead to make an appointment, but on the days when I'm driving and my car makes a funny noise, I drop in to the garage unannounced and they are always willing to take a quick look at my car to see if what I'm hearing is a safety issue, or something that can wait to be fixed at a later date. They also provide me with information on preventive maintenance as to projected work and costs so that I am aware and can plan for upcoming maintenance. Bottom line, I completely trust these folks and they have never let me down. They are highly skilled in their field and absolutely reliable and honest.
