I am not sure as to what they are pulling over there, however If you check with the Oregon business registry, you will see that I own Rose City Roofing and Siding NOT SOME IDIOT NAMED RICH OR RICK! CHECK CLOSE CAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A LICENSE BOND OR INSURANCE! I WISH THEY WOULD QUIT USING MY NAME, IF YOU DO DECIDE TO USE THEM GOOD LUCK SOUNDS LIKE SCAM, LOOKS LIKE A SCAM, GUESS WHAT They seem to use the old man sympathy story to get you to trust them blaming others for there doing, look at the history of these individuals on Oregon CCB numerous companies same story now they are trying to represent themselves as me more

Owner Ken Burns cannot be trusted. He paid me for transportation service and two months later reported to his credit/debit card company that he hadn't made that charge so they did a Chargeback for the $300. Mr. Burns said it was all a mistake on his part and then lied, lied, lied and lied more while he claimed to be taking care of it. If you're like me and would prefer a stand-up person for something as important as a roof or siding for your home this is definitely not where you want to put your trust!! more

Don't hire Rose City Roofing unless you want a lien on your house. Ken Burns, the contractor who runs Rose City Roofing will tell you anything he thinks you want to hear to get you to sign the contract. They do a decent job, but don't pay their bills. We hired him back in March and after the job was finished he said that everyone (suppliers, etc.) had been paid. But he didn't pay the roofing material supplier and now we have a lien on our house. He has also stopped answering my calls. When I called the supplier with the lien on our house, they said he hadn't paid them any money in months and our lien bill had not been paid. I've tried contacting him repeatedly about it, but he either says he'll pay it the next day and doesn't call me back, or just doesn't answer my calls. We've heard from others that there are other roofing clients of his that also have liens on their houses because of his unpaid bills. DON'T HIRE ROSE CITY ROOFING!!! more

i have used rose city for several projects and not only are they the least expensive option i have ever found their workmanship is impeccable and they are all friendly and very fast and they clean up their mess. its one of the few companies i have seen that the owner is involved in the process and frequently on the job sight. ray is the best as far as a foreman. i have always been pleased with their work and their prices, i would recommend them to anyone regardless of the job! more

i've had other companies do work for me and this company stands head and shoulders above the rest i would reccommend rose city roofers to any anyone not only was it the best service i've ever recieved it was also the cheapest i found in town kudos to everyone at rose city your tops! in your field Pros: low cost, curtious outstanding finished products Cons: none what so ever more
