Review content:
Don't hire Rose City Roofing unless you want a lien on your house. Ken Burns, the contractor who runs Rose City Roofing will tell you anything he thinks you want to hear to get you to sign the contract. They do a decent job, but don't pay their bills. We hired him back in March and after the job was finished he said that everyone (suppliers, etc.) had been paid. But he didn't pay the roofing material supplier and now we have a lien on our house. He has also stopped answering my calls. When I called the supplier with the lien on our house, they said he hadn't paid them any money in months and our lien bill had not been paid. I've tried contacting him repeatedly about it, but he either says he'll pay it the next day and doesn't call me back, or just doesn't answer my calls. We've heard from others that there are other roofing clients of his that also have liens on their houses because of his unpaid bills. DON'T HIRE ROSE CITY ROOFING!!!
