I am not sure as to what they are pulling over there, however If you check with the Oregon business registry, you will see that I own Rose City Roofing and Siding NOT SOME IDIOT NAMED RICH OR RICK! CHECK CLOSE CAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A LICENSE BOND OR INSURANCE! I WISH THEY WOULD QUIT USING MY NAME, IF YOU DO DECIDE TO USE THEM GOOD LUCK SOUNDS LIKE SCAM, LOOKS LIKE A SCAM, GUESS WHAT They seem to use the old man sympathy story to get you to trust them blaming others for there doing, look at the history of these individuals on Oregon CCB numerous companies same story now they are trying to represent themselves as me
