I have been bringing my children to Dr Roos for several years now, and we have always received first class service. He treats my children with special care, respect and dignity the entire way through the process. He knows how to identify with their anxiety if they are nervous or unsure about something, he has a calm about him that is soothing to a child. We are just finishing with our second teenager, and about to start the process with our third child. His entire staff is like a big family, and they always treat us with respect and as though we are part of their family. Never have we experienced anything negative by anyone. Coming from a healthcare critic (me) that has 20 years experience researching quality of care issues in our society, you are not going to find a Orthodontist with more experience or knowledge in the field. If you decide to go elsewhere, you are definitely not doing it for the benefit of your child. I stand on my word ~ JonErik more

We have had a wonderful experience at Roos Orthodontics. Everything was explained clearly & precisely with no pressure to retain their services. My son, who was very anxious about the process, has done wonderfully. They have been very kind & explained everything to him in a way that he understands exactly what is going on. The office is run very efficiently & the drawings for fun kid stuff makes the experience fun for kids. We could not have asked for more. more

Dr. Bryan Roos has 2 offices- one in Redmond and one in Bellevue. Both are the model of efficiency. Their staff from receptionist to hygienists to Dr. Roos himself take 10 extra steps to help you and make your visit easier. They provide "good patient" incentives for their patients such as ticket give aways and raffles. The office continually runs on time. Their billing staff is on top of things and does everything to make sure you understand your coverage and financial responsibilities. Dr. Roos has great patient care and really seems to connect with his patients. He explains the procedure and makes sure that the parent and patient both understand. Definitely an A+ in our book. more
