Review content:
I have been bringing my children to Dr Roos for several years now, and we have always received first class service. He treats my children with special care, respect and dignity the entire way through the process. He knows how to identify with their anxiety if they are nervous or unsure about something, he has a calm about him that is soothing to a child.
We are just finishing with our second teenager, and about to start the process with our third child. His entire staff is like a big family, and they always treat us with respect and as though we are part of their family. Never have we experienced anything negative by anyone. Coming from a healthcare critic (me) that has 20 years experience researching quality of care issues in our society, you are not going to find a Orthodontist with more experience or knowledge in the field. If you decide to go elsewhere, you are definitely not doing it for the benefit of your child.
I stand on my word ~ JonErik
