paid for by the tow company 5/16/2011

I once had the car towed from a dangerous area on I25 and in their haste, the tow service hitched up the car wrong, resulting in some serious damage. When Roos discovered it, they showed it to me then THEY worked with the tow company to have the damage fixed and paid for by the tow company. I didn't have to do a thing, including fight with the tow company to get them to pay. more

I've used Roos for about 7 years -- since they were located further north on Federal and they have always been great. In fact, I probably wouldn't go that far south if they weren't so good to me. more

I will continue to recommend Subaru 5/12/2011

I love Roos! I have been taking my car here since 1997. My car still runs like a champ. Yeah I have had the head gasket problem,but after I fixed it I haven't had any other major problems. They always show me what needs repaired and they get my car back to me normally pretty quick. I noticed the other reviews posted and I had to make my voice heard. I have severall friends who I have recommended to Roos and they feel the same as I do. Sometimes I am sure situations happen but I had to stand up for them. I feel they are an honest shop and I would not chance taking my car elsewhere! I am not sure of too many other shops who would give you and your three kids a ride to a drive thru for food then the park while your car is getting fixed. This is just one incident of how they go above and beyond and I will continue to recommend Subaru drivers to them. more

I have always been treated good 5/11/2011

My Girlfriend and I have been going to this shop for some time now. I have always been treated good and have not had any problems. I work with severall other Subaru owners and a couple of them take thier cars to Roos Only. The few that do not often tell us how they wish our repair shop was close so they could have a dependable subaru shp to go to. more

at 400k miles and we all celebrated 5/4/2011

I have been goin to rocky for a long time. Lets just say my car just reached 401k miles recently and they have done all the repairs on it! I think its nice to know they can take your car and care for it as thier own I actually brought in a cake at 400k miles and we all celebrated! more

no problems no hassle 4/29/2011

Just bought my son a car from this shop. They are very accomidating and have sold me a great first car for my son. I had a oil leak we noticed with the car a month after the bought it. We took it back into Roos Only and they fixed it for me no problems no hassle. My husband had looked over the car before we purchased it, he swears the leak was not visible. I thought we could at least ask for some help to fix the recently purchased car. They fixed it for us at no charge. They are a good place who obivously care about thier customers. more

but def not as expensive as others 4/26/2011

I have called around to check Roos Only's price quotes. They are not the cheap ones in town, but def not as expensive as others. When I called them on this they said it would be impossible for a reputible shop with trained techs and good parts to be cheap. I guess it makes sense. Anyways they did a good job and fixed my axles and brakes. Just don't take your car here if you are cheap :) more
