I love Roos! I have been taking my car here since 1997. My car still runs like a champ. Yeah I have had the head gasket problem,but after I fixed it I haven't had any other major problems. They always show me what needs repaired and they get my car back to me normally pretty quick. I noticed the other reviews posted and I had to make my voice heard. I have severall friends who I have recommended to Roos and they feel the same as I do. Sometimes I am sure situations happen but I had to stand up for them. I feel they are an honest shop and I would not chance taking my car elsewhere! I am not sure of too many other shops who would give you and your three kids a ride to a drive thru for food then the park while your car is getting fixed. This is just one incident of how they go above and beyond and I will continue to recommend Subaru drivers to them.
