Dear Baki, Travis, and the rest of the folks at Roos Only - Thank you once again for so many years of outstanding service. In the 8 years or so that you took care of my car, I always felt that you treated me honestly and kindly. I felt you only recommended service that was needed, often telling me that things could be put off, and it seemed to me that you always did what you could (using used parts when possible, etc.) to keep the cost of repairs down, and you generally gave me coupon rates for oil changes, even when I didnt have the actual coupon on me. Since a recently bought a new Subaru, and the dealership gave me all sorts of free oil changes, it may be a while before I bring my car back to Roose Only, but it's nice to know there's a shop out there that I trust when the time comes.
