They value my time and money 1/19/2017

I have been taking my car here for over a year now and I am grateful for how quick the service is. They give thorough service with pictures and detailed descriptions of what needs to be done and how they will get it done. They have been happy and willing to pick me up and drop off to my house if needed. more

Ron's Garage: Customer Service 1/19/2017

I had an appointment for an oil change and everything went well, I got my car back ahead of schedule. Ron also let me know about an upcoming maintenance service he would like to take care during my next oil change. I'm thankful for the advanced notice so I can plan for the extra cost. Felix more

Like Family! 1/10/2017

I discovered Ron's during the past year. It's very close to my work and I thought that it would be convenient, so I gave it a try, starting with an oil change. I don't know if I've ever experienced the level of friendliness and competence/efficiency with a garage. Staff make you feel like you are included in the experience, not on the outside looking in. The communication is amazing and thorough. I highly recommend Ron's! more

The customer service is great, I feel like Todd and Ron go over and beyond to be sure I am aware of my vehicles condition. I like that my oil change is followed up with a full vehicle inspection, with photos. This group is very trust worthy. more

Great, personal service 12/21/2016

I'm a newer client of Ron's Garage but was very impressed by the personal relationships they have with their customers. On the shuttle ride to work, Ron addressed the two other passengers by name upon seeing them, so they obviously have been customer's for some time (and/or maybe just lots of car issues! ). Also, I felt they provided me a fair estimate and were very thorough in their inspection of my car. Ron also gave good advice when I asked his thoughts on replacing my 13 year old car or putting the money into fixing what needed repaired. more

Perfect Score 12/19/2016

I needed to have my car towed to Ron's Garage for repair. As a first time customer, I was impressed with the fact that Ron's Garage made it easy by both recommended a towing service as well as adding the towing fee to their invoice so that it could all be handled in one fell swoop, so to speak. I was pleased with the email I received that provided my service history, that can be accessed any time, as well as a (not sure what it's referred to as) but an overall health report on my car. Having previously dealt with a local Toyota dealership it's a refreshing change not to wonder what work was done, needlessly. Ron's Garage gets bonus points for a) being closed on the weekends allowing their staff to enjoy what is more than likely a well-earned weekend, and b) for including their doggies in their local ads. I've always told people that if you want to get my vote, include a dog in the photo. :D more

Helping and honest 12/19/2016

I will always go back to Ron's for everything vehicle related. Ron took 20 minutes on the phone to talk to me about what I was experiencing with my vehicles and offered advice, which happened to save me $120+ from the dealership. I am grateful there are helpful and honest people around! more

Me and my old car are treated like gold at Ron's. My car is 20 years old and they keep it in tip-top shape. I'm disabled and they always go that 'extra-mile' for me and I appreciate that/them more than they'll ever understand. Thank you to everyone at Ron's Garage!! more
