As a technically trained person, I like to ask a lot of questions. Who doesn't in an investment like a car?! Ron and Todd and the entire team are spectacular. They are thorough, no nonsense, can explain the issue and options concisely, and are willing to take the time to help you understand the WHY. I HIGHLY recommend this business, expertise, and customer service! more

Check out Ron's Garage 11/23/2016

Ron's Garage's provides friendly and reliable service. I even get shuttled to and from work, often by Ron. This shop treats me well. I do appreciate how they don't speak in a condensing way when they explain problems or issues they find. They fix what needs fixing and I get the information I need in understandable language. I have taken my car to Ron's Garage twice- and both times I was impressed by how friendly everyone is. I am not very car-savvy, and they have always been very patient and helpful when they make recommendations and when I ask for explanations. more

It really shows that they want to satisfy the customer 11/18/2016

I recently had my first visit at rons garage. It was something I needed done within the next day and sure enough even with other jobs to take care of as well. They made sure they had my car done when I needed it. Not only that but the system they use to keep you updated is actually very helpful. They make sure you are up to date with everything that's going on and even show pictures of what they found out. more

Ron's garage is the best in town. I have been to quite a few of them over the years. Not only is he knowledgeable, he also takes time to explain, and he cares a lot about his work. Now every time I need an honest and friendly garage to help my car, I don't have to think or worry. I'd recommend you try him yourself, if you don't believe me. He is sincere, and knows what he's doing, and won't do any more, or any less. Moreover, he's not pushy. He is very respectful and will do his best to help you. He is truly the best that is around. more

I've been a loyal customer of Ron's Garage for many, many years-since the eighties. I trust him completely to tell me what to do and when and what not to do at all. He keeps my car running safely and soundly. I urge people to call him. Just go there, do it! You absolutely should not have any reservations. I highly recommend his services. more

Caring and careful garage 1/19/2011

I have been taking our cars to Ron's Garage for over 10 years and we have been very happy with Ron and his men. They stay on a problem until it is fixed or we at least understand the problem. I trust Ron's opinion and he understands that we need safe cars for us and our children to drive. Trust and understanding is very important to me and Ron has never let me down. Sure fixing cars is expensive but it is great to know that Ron's Garage stands behind their work. more

I am quite satisfied with the service I receive. For the most part, I am able to sit and wait while my car is serviced - important because I do not live in Ann Arbor where the garage is located. Everyone has always been very courtiest to me. more
