After hearing the ordeal a co-worker has been through trying to get warranty work done on a washer, I would NEVER use these people. They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. Over two weeks to get warranty work done is ridiculous, especially when there is no communication to explain why the delay is so excessive. more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. We were promised a part for our refrigerator in 3 days, but it ended up taking 2 weeks. We even had to call and remind them to get them back out here. That meant going through Thanksgiving with no refrigerator! When I called to complain, they would never return my calls. Finally, after calling from a different number, they answered my call. When I spoke with Ms. Romero to see if we could negotiate a price for bad customer service, she staunchly refused, stating that they had to charge their customers for the price plus their mark-up and that was the end of that. BAD customer service. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. more

About a year ago, Romero's helped with my fridge, so when I started having problems with my dish washer I knew to call them again. This time they were good just like the first time. They sent a different person this time but he was also nice and did a good job. more

I had them replace my compressor in my fridge after it stopped working right when the warranty was up. It was nt that old and the repair was cheaper than even getting a nice used one. I was pleased with the service. more

We just got this thing last year and it already is having trouble. They still sell the same model at the department store. The repair was much cheaper than a new one and romeros said we shouldnt have a problem with it for a while. more

Great service! 2/22/2012

They worked on my old, but classic, pastel range. It had a burner that has never worked and the other burners just weren't working like they should. Romero's cleaned the dead burner and replaced the manifold and it works like a new stove. Very pleased with their service and being able to have a service company to take care of my older, but cool, appliances. more

I had a very nice old oven that I like very much but it has been off by about 100degrees for years now. They were able to fix whatever it was and it heats and works just like it should. Thanks so much! more

Mr. Romero could not be more helpful or efficient. He has been trying to determine the problem with our freezer that is still under warranty. Over the years his service and that of his employees has always been excellent! Besides that - he is a very nice man too! more
