Why can't all places be this good? 4/4/2009

I heard horror stories about several laser centers. So I was a little nervous until I came to Romeo and Juliette. Chris, the owner, explained about the different types of laser used 4 different types of skin. After tallking to him I made an appointment right away and am very very happy with my smooth legs & I will be attacking the under-arms shortly. I don't know why all places can't be this good! Honeymoon bailout 4/4/2009

My fiance and I planned a tahiti wedding and 3 week honeymoon. Not wanting to have to worry about the hassle of shaving or waxing during this time, i planned well in advance and got rid of my bikini and leg and underarm hair at Romeo's. What a convenience! I was so pleased with this carefree feeling and have recommended this service to all of my girlfriends! more

I'm a waiter and one of my friends told me that the hair on my hands is very off-putting. How embarrassing! I decided to take care of this problem immediately. I called and talked to Chris, he said it was a very simple affair, indeed! He set up an appointment right away and after 4 sessions I am hair free and I have no inhibitions about my hands now! more

easy solution, great people 4/4/2009

My problem began in middle age with hard hair on my upper lip. I tried threading but ended up with bumps and irritation. My neighbor told me about Romeo and Juliette and I am so happy that I listened! I recommend to everyone such an easy solution with such nice people! more

I am a very cautious person. After calling a few places, I visited some. I came to R&J and found they were very knowledgeable, the place was very clean, and the prices fit my budget. I have been coming now for a few months and I am very satisfied with the consistent, courteous treatment I get. I especially like that I have no more ingrown hairs! more

Being of Middle Eastern descent, I have always been self-conscious of my extra hair. My arms were too covered in dark hair and I used to have to wax all the time. I found R & J by calling all over and then getting Chris on the phone. He told me how long it will take, how much it will cost, and i made apointment right away. i am very happy with thee outcome and will reccommend romeo and juliett to anyone with exces hair! Rude Technician 4/4/2009

The technician who treated me, was very nice at first when she tried to sell me $1,900 bikini package. She was rude, moody and moody yesterday when I came for my second treatment. She refused to spent 2 seconds on my lower abdomen which was treated during the last two sessions claiming it was not a part of the package ($1,900!!!). The front desk staff is nice, the interior is kind of worn out, not something you would expect at such swanky location and the price for the service. I had my doubts about lasers and laser hair removal. I called all over and got mostly the brush off. When I spoke with Chris, the owner, he was very patient and told me everything I needed to know and I came in right away. I have no regrets at all. Everything has happened as I was told. My body is becoming truly perfect . I have achieved significant weight loss, and some plastic surgery, but this was incomplete with some unwanted hair. My doctor sent me to Romeo and Juliettes, because he knew the owner. I get spectacular treatment and very good results. I cannot say enough wonderful things about R & J. . more

Great Place 4/3/2009

My wife would always complain about snake skin and razor burn, while I got rug burn from her legs. I am real glad she comes to Romeos and that she told me and I can get my ears cleaned up. I like the owner, Chris, who is real involved and professional and makes a guy feel very comfortable.If I lose more hair, I think I will get the head done. That would simplify my life ! Just finished getting my legs smooth and I can hardly wait to do under arms. I did not want to believe this could be so painfree and easy. My girlfriend insisted that she had checked out everyone in our area, and decided Romeo and Juliett was the best. She is right. I have to say, I really like the clean space, the affordable programs and especially the touch-up service ! Real Professionals 4/1/2009

I have delicate skin and was worried about lasers. After my consultatio, which was free, I felt confident to start. I am almost finished with my treatments and cannot believe how quick and effective they have been. I really like the ""touch-up"" option at R & J. Going in between sessions keeps a polished look. typically orientals stay in their own group when seeking services. Romeo and Juliet, however, is an exceptional place and has made a name inour community. I know it is because of the kind, gentle and attentive servoice they provide. I have been comoing for 6 sessions so far and feel very comfrtable and respected as a person and as a customer.
