Just have to tell everyone ! This is so neat ! I ried my legs first, then the underarms, now the bikini...can you believe it ! Soon NO MORE HAIR where I don't want it. It was so stupid to suffer for so long with the creams and the waxes and the MESS ! I love you guys ! more

Very happy customer 4/9/2009

I have been coming for two and a half months and am almost bare on the legs. I have to say, I expected more discomfort and was pleasantly surprised not to have any pain. I recomend the staff and the center at Romeo and Juliettes for anyone. They are very professional and courteous. Affordable too ! Pros: NIce place, good price, works more

All Latin beauties don't start out perfect. We have to tweak some details. They are often hairy ones ! My sisters and I have been patronizing Romeo and Juliette for some time now, and have had spectacular results.We all have hair here and there we need to get rid of, and it has been painless and pleasant to come here. My favorite thing is that we all get the royal treatment, and feel like we are going for a visit. We get our lattes and then sit together, chat, wait for one another and it is very uplifting to know that we are getting a treatment that works in a very safe and careful center. I live in Upstate NY and am a friend of Chris' sister. She told me about the laser center owned and operated by her brother. Since I come to the city frequently, I decided to try their services. I am so pleased I have told several lady friends up here also and we make a day of it to the city. We come in, have our treatment, throw in some shopping and take the train back up. It is such a good deal and the results of the lasers are unbelievable. The staff knows their stuff and it shows. No one has had any skin probllems at all. Well worth the trip and every cent ! I work for an international concern and travel to New York quite often. One of my stops is always Romeo and Juliette. I have been working on getting rid of some unwanted hair in private spots and like very much how well they take care of you. The ladies at the reception desk, and the ladies on staff oare very professional and careful. I have had no issues with irritation or rashes. They say people of mixed race get the best of both strains...sometimes, they get double trouble. I am of Iranian and Peruvian origin. As luck would have it, I have medium dark skin and jet black hair. More hair than any female should every see or want. A good ndian friend of mine, who was very satifised at R & J, recommended them to me. I have been overjoyed at the result of my treatments. It took me 40 years to discover laser hair removal. Well, I know it is more recent than that, but I have been fighting hair in unwanted places for 40 years. I have to say that I am quite a demanding person and expect a lot when i pay good money for a service. I hate to write anything about anyone anywhere, but I have to say Romeo & Juliette laser center is pretty darn good. I have had some excess hair removed. I don't like pain, and I don't like sissy sort of places. But when you need something done, it is good to find professionals who do a good job. I am taking the time to do this, because i feel like good companies need positive word of mouth, especially in this competitive environment. I like the results, and I liked the prices and service at R & J. If you are looking for a no-nonsense effective and cost efficient place,m then this is it. Check it out ! Reak good at what they do ! 4/8/2009

My mom made my first appointment and came with me. I was real shy about getting laser, especially since I had a bit of hair under my chin at the beginning of my neck ! I did not want to keep using dipilatories because they smelled so bad and irritated my skin so much. I felt very comfortable with the lady technician who explained the procedure, and estimated how many sessions would insure no more hair growth. I am ecstatic about the results ! I just came to write a review and see here someone writing negative comments. They really must not know R & J ! Everyone may be unhappy with something sometime, but not every establishment makes it right. R & J is a very reliable and consistant laser center. What they explain is what you can expect. Pricing, time frame and results are all reliable. I have had my legs, underarms and bikini done and I am very very happy with the results. I don't usually write recommendations, but in this case I feel obligated to do so. I have been coming to Romeo and Juliette's for almost six months. I have sent many of my friends here and they in turn have sent tons of people. The reason is simple : they take very good care of their customers. They follow up. If you do have a complaint, they call you, they ask what they can do better, they offer to make good on the smallest dissatisfaction ! I am sincerely happy with the results of my 6 sessions. I was told to expect that it would take so long for my treatment and it did. I especially like the touch-up option and the interest the owner takes in making certain customers are satisfied. It makes a difference when a place is managed in a proprietary fashion. between tweezing and waxing, my face never had a moments peace. I was so fortunate to find Romeo and Juliet. I called everywhere and found most places very matter-of-fact. I am very active and like to do things quickly. Laser hair removal is for me, and I love coming to Romeo and Juliettes mainly because I get in and out quickly. Everything is done according to a plan. It is hard to recommend any place to everyone. What i like about R & J is very specific. I like the owner, Chris, who introduced me to laser hair removal. I like to know that the machines are up to date and well calibrated. I am technically oriented and I ike that what I was told would happen, did happen. I am quite convinced that all places are not equal. Romeo and Juliet is extremely clean and well equiped. I come from a prudish cultural background and was looking for a conservative and respectful laser place. Some of the ones I saw were a little cutting edge and too coldly modern. I have gone to a few consultations here and there and romeo and Juliet was one of the most thorough.The location was the most convenient also, and so I came here. L really like my technician, whom I request when makig appointments. There is sometimes a bit of a wait. While the decor is very pretty, it could use a little update.
