I loveRomeo and Juliette ! I love my smooth legs, my perfect underarms and .....well, lets say all the special spots I got treated.I had no problems and only slight discomfort, which was actually pretty tolerable. Pros: You can't help being happy ! Cons: what ? where ? didn't see even one ! more

The Real Deal in Great Service at a Good Price ! 5/12/2009

It is so grand to be hairfree when you suffered all your life. ! My sister and I have deep and dark ( no pun intended ! ) ethnic roots.To add to that we model for catalogs and don't always have time for ourselves and all the different hair removal methods. We both took it into our hands and researched extensively. Fortunately, we had a long conversation with Chris, who told us everything we needed to know. We recommend still Romeo and Juliet to everyone who mentions laser. You cannoy find nicer people, cleaner facilities and real good pricing and discounts too. I am a long time cliet of Romeo and Juliette's. My daughter came here before her Bat Mitzvah, after I had been coming here already. I would have never brought her, my only child, to a place for such delicate work on her face, if I was not assurred of their excellence. Bad reviews are baloney, hear the truth below ! 5/12/2009

I just completed a series of laser treatments on my legs and thighs. I am so pleased with the results. They give you a card asking for feedback, and although I usually am too lazy to do it. I see that some nasty people are writing terrible lies about these hardworking people.For this reason, Chris ( the owner of Romeo and Juliet, has put out the clarion call to all his customers to write their reviews. Best laser center for me 5/11/2009

I read all the reviews but chose to go in person for the consultation. I care about reputation, professionalism, lasers, experience. I chose R & J because I called all the laser companies and they told me to come here. I called my Dermatologist and he knew of three of his clients coming here. Chris is wonderful when it comes to his knowledge about laser hair removal. His consultation with me was so impressive that I had no choice but to start treatments right there and then. He was very honest, told me what to expect and what not to expect and gave me reasonable pricing. He did a test patch on my lower legs with three different lasers to show me how each one would work and give different results. We waited 10 minutes and then started the session. I am Mediterranean and was very concerned about laser hair removal. Chris, the owner ( I think ) of Romeo & Juliette alleviated my fears by explaining all the different wavelengths that they utilise and I had a bikini treatment. The price was in line with other places that I called and the service exceptional. They consulted with me for over 20 minutes and treated me for another 15 minutes. Pros: Gentlemax Wow ! more

After going to several consultations, I tried Romeo & Juliette. Went in to the place on a Saturday, it was really busy. After filling out a consultation form, I was taken to a treatment room where two technicians gave me information about hair removal on my face. They gave me appropriate information and suggestions in order to eliminate my hair. more

I travel for business and ever since the airlines put in restrictions on liquids, cans.aerosols etc I have had issues with personal grooming. I decided that razors and the gels etc were just not going to be a part of my world any longer. more

I got Jealous, now I got results 5/11/2009

My girlfriend has been enjoying the services at Romeo and Juliettes and all she has done is make me jealous. I got tired of hearing how great it was for her, while I was tweezing, waxing and shaving...well, I finally got it together and tried laser...why did I wait for so long ! OMG ! It's like fabulous ! And they are so good at R * J's . I have to tell everyone I know, it just is not worth it to do hair removal any other way ! more

I am enjoying smooth legs, and no stubble like you would not believe !! I love what can be done at a responsible laser center ! Very little discomfort to deal with and a nice plan that doesn't leave you eating tuna fish for the rest of the month ! Pros: great all around more

I am a really picky person and look for very high standards. I am not inclined to write reviews either, but Romeo and Juliette exceeds what you would expect in the service department. I have been coming here for 8 months and am very pleased. I have good results, no rashes, no burns, and the hair is disappearing. I like that they have new machines and that they are always getting updated training. The technicians are very capable and the rooms clean. A very good experience. more

I used to have hair growing on my toes. I plucked them, but it bothered me soooo much ! One of my girlfriends said, you have to try this lazer place I go to, so I went. Not only did they get rid of the hair on my toes, but we did my legs too...why stop when everything is good, right ?I cant say enuf about how cool this is. You can actualy get rid of hair for good !! Nice, nice place 5/11/2009

I was very nervous about finding a reliable laser center. I spoke to a bunch. I then picked a sauturday and went to see like three of them. The only one where they were real friendly and open to showing me the place and explaining a lot of stuff was Romeos. I made arrangements to do a test area, and when that went well, I did my legs first. I am now on the underarms and very happy with the outcome. I recommend them with all my heart. They are friendly, and they pay a lot of attention to you. Pros: Friendly, good location, nice atmosphere more

Worth the wait 5/11/2009

I was recommended to go here, and I like it fine. I just had to wait a little, and I guess it's because I wanted to get in and they were kind of booked. But they did take me in and did a good job. I think the cost was reasonable and I was told that when I make a regular appointment, I wont need to wait. They are real friendly too.
