Service is usually excellent. The food is average to very good for a chain Italian restaurant. Stay away on Friday and Sat dinner hours. The wait is, for some odd reason, very long. Speaking of which, what is with Californians and their apparent love of waiting in lines??? Pros: Decent food and usually good sercive. Cons: Cheap wine glasses and the hokey "Italian" music. more

I am not usually a big fan of chain restaurants, but the Macaroni Grill is one of the exceptions for me. I like the pasta dishes here. My favorite is the lasagna, good flavor and texture. The environment is nice for dining and take out service is quick! Also, portions are sizable. The desserts are huge, usually enough for 2-4 people. Pros: Abience, food, service Cons: Can't think of any more
