Review content:
Service is usually excellent. The food is average to very good for a chain Italian restaurant. Stay away on Friday and Sat dinner hours. The wait is, for some odd reason, very long.
Speaking of which, what is with Californians and their apparent love of waiting in lines???
Pros: Decent food and usually good sercive.
Cons: Cheap wine glasses and the hokey "Italian" music.
