The last reviewer is the apartment manager. Truthfully the apartments are falling apart, most ceilings have mold, watery holes, or some kind of damage. Rooms, kitchens are old and dirty, cleaning checks are a joke. Don't expect any ""revamping"" to happen, I bet they told that to the students that lived there in the 70's as well. Atmosphere is fun, the residents make this place livable. more

I've lived here for a year and love it. The ward is super social and the new maintenance is the best and fastest I've ever seen. Seriously, you can ask anybody in the complex. They're working on revamping the whole place, and I'm excited. I'll probably live here until I graduate, get married, or die. more

not what it seems 2/28/2011

I have lived at roman gardens for a while now and i can honestly say its not worth what you have to pay. Sure the BYU singles wards are great and very social. however i have had more problems than i can say with poor maintainence and disrespectful management. take advice from someone who has lived here, ""choose somewhere else, or at least take a look at one of the apts. before signing a contract."" more
