The last reviewer is the apartment manager. Truthfully the apartments are falling apart, most ceilings have mold, watery holes, or some kind of damage. Rooms, kitchens are old and dirty, cleaning checks are a joke. Don't expect any ""revamping"" to happen, I bet they told that to the students that lived there in the 70's as well. Atmosphere is fun, the residents make this place livable.
