I have no opinion on the Doctors here since I have never used them. However, the Direct Nutrition department here is terrible. If you like Metagenics products then purchase them through a reputable dealer. We bought 3 Ultrameal: Dutch Chocolate. The first one was fine however the second one was rancid and instead of replacing the container, we were told that they would have to test it and then they would get back to us. After 2 weeks we called them back and they told us nothing was wrong with the product. After asking to get it back so that we could try to go through Metagenics for a replacement we were told that they had disposed of it. Overall the Direct Nutrition part of this company seems dishonest and shady. If you decide to purchase products from them then I hope you have better luck then we did. more

I completely disagree with the first reviewer, as well. The office personnel were kind and patient. I was impressed by every employee there as well as the doctors. I felt more at home talking with a friend then just another patient or procedure. more

I also have to strongly disagree with the first post. I showed up to this place in desperation without an appointment. The staff members were very considerate and polite. After filling out a couple of quick forms, I was back in the office with the very kind, compassionate, straightforward and easy to talk to LeeAnn Klemetson. She identified root causes and worked with me to solve the problem, not cover it up. I had been to traditional practice doctors many times with the same problem, and not once was I even offered to take a blood test. They just asked a couple of questions and handed out a slew of failing prescriptions. I wish I found this place when everything first began to go awry, because I feel better than I have in two years. more

First off, let me start by saying that I disagree with the previous reviewer on every single one of her cons she listed. I am in my 40's, my wife and I are both professionals (she is in the medical field, and is very critical of medical staff and clinics) - we also have 4 children and have moved a few times... so what this all means is, in our lifetime we have been to DOZENS of dr's and clinics. Without question, the doctors and staff in this clinic are of the highest caliber. Dr. Rodier fixed medical conditions my wife and myself have been suffering through for DECADES in some instances, and no doctor has been able to fix the problem (our past doctors have all just dealt with the symptoms rather than treat the cause). Their staff has always been professional and courteous to me and my family, on every occasion we have visited them. We have 2 insurance providers between my wife and I, and the staff has always done what they can to make sure the bulk of our charges are covered by our insurance providers. Always friendly and courteous. The only thing I can say to the previous reviewer who had a bad experience with the office staff is that everyone has a bad day, and maybe she just visited the office when their staff has having one of those days. Bottom line? After years of being treated by doctors (some of whom I really liked) for various medical conditions, I am healthier than I have been in YEARS. I send all of my friends and co-workers to this clinic, and I even have 2 extended family members who visit this office from out of state now. Excellent care provider. more

The doctors at Pioneer Comprehensive have a 'well rounded' philosophy of healing. Which has attracted many patients. The only problem with having this office as a medical provider is that his administrative staff is very unprofessional and rude. Know one acts as if they were in the service industry. They do not welcome you in, they act like you are putting them out because you are breaking up there conversation with whom ever is on the phone or with a co worker. They all complain about there jobs and personal problems while being checked in.The atmosphere they have created is the most unwelcoming medical office I have ever been in. If you are a patient here hope that you never need a prescription refill quickly, or have some sort of infection that you will need to be seen in less than a week. Hopefully we can find another doctor's office they has these same medical beliefs that have a kinder staff. Pros: Wonderful Doctors Cons: Horrible Administrative personel. more
