Excellent Service Visit 1/19/2011

Excellent Experience at Rockland Nissan. This was for a service visit. I couldnt get into the dealership that I originally purchased from, so I drove over to rt 303 from Westchester, and they slid me into their morning schedule in less than an hour. I had tire rotation and oil/filter. Was in and out quickly. Nice quick check in and check out.Thanks you Rockland. more

I went to Rockland Nissan to lease a new Armada. I was greeted by Bernie. I explained that I was interested in leasing an Armada. Bernie went over the 3 different trim levels available and was extremely knowledgeable about the various options available with each trim. We decided on the best one for my wants/needs and negotiated an extremely competitive lease. I was driving my new Armada the same day for much less than some friends that had just leased Armada's at other stores. more

i went rockland nissan to look at some new cars and i went home driving a new nissan armada the staff at rockland nissan was excellent, i was not ready to buy but they gave me such a great deal i couldnt say no. the gm tim okeefe bernie was my salesman and marty did my fiancing it was easy and they have a great sales staff. more

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with leasing a new car. The staff was friendly,well informed, and really did their best to accomodate me. I was taken care of as soon as I walked into the showroom, and then the process of the lease was as quick, and simple as it possible could have been. One week later I was leaving the dealer with my new car... Overall great experience!! more

I RECENTLY PURCHASED AN XTERRA FROM ROCKLAND NISSAN. THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT FROM BEGINNING TO END. I CAME IN, FOUND THE TRUCK I WANTED AND DROVE OUT THE SAME DAY. BERNIE, TIM O'KEEFE, MARTY SHUVALL AND HOPE MITCHNICK WERE FANTASTIC. EVERYTHING WAS FAST, EASY AND I GOT A GREAT DEAL ON MY NEW TRUCK! I HAVE SINCE SENT 2 PEOPLE TO ROCKLAND NISSAN TO PURCHASE CARS AND THIER EXPERIENCE WAS JUST AS GOOD, IF NOT BETTER THAN MINE. ROCKLAND NISSAN IS MY ""GO TO"" DEALERSHIP FROM NOW ON. NO OTHER DEALERSHIP CAN EVEN COMPARE!!!!! more

exceptional 12/29/2010

Bernie, our salesman, was nothing short of exceptional. I leased my wife's car there a month or two earlier, and when it came time for me to get rid of my old clunker and get a new commuter car, Bernie was A-1 in assisting me. I could go on and on, but I went back to Bernie because, well, because he's Bernie and he was so easy to deal with during our first lease. I've also referred him to many. more

Horrible experience! 12/28/2010

Horrible experience. Gave a $2,000 down payment in November on purchase of a Nissan Rogue to be financed over 60 months. Went to take delivery of the car a couple days later, and the dealership refused to honor the deal saying that a manager never signed off and that if I want the car I would need to make the same monthly payment over 72 months (not 60 months like in the contract). Multiple calls with dealership and customer affairs, and over 1 month later and I still have not received my $2,000 back. Had to dispute the charge through the credit card company. Will never go to Rockland Nissan again. more
