Horrible experience. Gave a $2,000 down payment in November on purchase of a Nissan Rogue to be financed over 60 months. Went to take delivery of the car a couple days later, and the dealership refused to honor the deal saying that a manager never signed off and that if I want the car I would need to make the same monthly payment over 72 months (not 60 months like in the contract). Multiple calls with dealership and customer affairs, and over 1 month later and I still have not received my $2,000 back. Had to dispute the charge through the credit card company. Will never go to Rockland Nissan again. more
