Great service! 8/24/2016

Dan was able to squeeze us in same day when we encountered an issue trying to change out a light fixture on our own. He ended up fixing the problem and then hanging 2 other fixtures for us. He was very professional and great to work with. I have already recommended him to a neighbor. more

GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND! 8/23/2016

Great experience working with Dan and Kevin upgrading our home to a 200 amp service! Punctual, completed the work requested @ the quote given and was very neat and thorough in all aspects from start to finish. The completed service breaker panel was neatly wired and properly labelled upon completion. The entire job by the service technician, Kevin was very well done! Rockhill Electrical Systems - Electrician & Contractor was awesome. I am very willing to recommend them. He basically did a last minute job for me that I had to get done. He came through, we had no issues, and everything was done on time. He was lifesaver for me. He is very reliable and true to his word. more

Dan is highly recommended and very busy so it was a little difficult getting an appointment. I understood all the reviews once he was on the job. He was professional, knowledgeable, negotiable, and very courteous. He did a fantastic job and the lowest price around. Out of 5 stars, I give him a 6. more

Dan Rockhill really blessed us with his knowledge and excellent service. 8/24/2014

I will definitely call Dan again if I have any electrical needs. He came out right away and restored the safety of our home and repaired issues that would have caused issues later. He explained the wiring and best use of the outlets to avoid losing power as well. We are so grateful! more

Dan installed a receptile for my new gas range and did a great job at a great price. He is the only electrican I would hire in the furture. Highly recommend Dan and Rockhill electric to anyone wanting great service. more

Great price and delivered promises 12/2/2013

Rockhill Electrical Systems did exactly what they told me they were going to do. In the end, the price actually came out lower than what was originally quoted for the rewiring of our attic. They weren't quite sure what details would go into it during the process, so when all was said and done, their work came in as less than expected. more

We moved to Colorado Springs in 2006. Dan at Rockhill Electrical Systems was the first electrician we called. Ever since then, we've called this company for any kind of electrical service. We've been very happy with Dan's service. He's typically been the one to do the work himself. On one occasion, he sent another electrician to do the protective plug on our birdbath warmer, and the results were also excellent. The timeliness and communication of this company are great. If there's ever a problem or if they're going to be a little bit late, they always call ahead to let us know. We would recommend others to give them a try, too! more

Educational 8/29/2013

I'm selling my property and needed a few things upgraded and/or certified, so my realtor contacted Dan Rockhill. I usually try to give folks some breathing room to do their thing but Dan answered my questions as he worked and explained how certain things behave, such as needing only one GFCI outlet per circuit. I had planned to buy and install one in each bath but he showed me how those existing outlets were already protected by the GFCI in my garage. more

I needed an outlet installed for an over the stove microwave and a stove outlet to be corrected that was previously wired not up to code. I had called several other electricians and they don’t answer the phone, nor do they return phone calls. Dan is professional, prompt and did a great job! Answered my call himself, came out for a free estimate the same day and was able to complete the job that I needed as my schedule allowed. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. He even knew the answer to a wiring issue that another electrician had to remove 4 plugs and a switch to give me an opinion for a fix and still couldn’t figure it out. Thanks again for a job well done. I can recommend Rockhill Electric to anyone in need and would use again. more

Rockhill Electrical Systems was prompt and efficient. We're happy with their work! I don't know much about what the rates for electrical companies are, but the service was good. We have no complaints! I'm not experienced with electrical work, but it was quite a big job. It was very professional, and things like that are very costly. One must agree to do that excellent electrical service, and it has to be right. We're happy with them. As far as the expense, it was not the cheapest in town but I would say it was first class. You pay for what you get! more

They were committed to doing a good job at a reasonable price even in the middle of the night. 4/24/2012

We have used Rockhill Electrical Systems before. We had a lightning storm in the middle of the night and one of the circuits in our house went off and we started hearing crackling. We called the fire department and they didn't want us to stay in the house until an electrician checked it out. Dan from Rockhill Electrical Systems came out in the middle of the night in the middle of a snowstorm because he was concerned for our safety. It took him an hour to get here in the snow storm and he spent 3 hours figuring out which circuit and how to get the lights back up and make sure that everything was safe. It was great that he would come out and be concerned enough about our safety. He very methodically chased everything down until he got down to the problem. more
