Fantastic Experience! 4/26/2010

We completed a major outdoor living addition (which included tile floors and stone fireplace), as well as some rennovations on the interior of our home (added tile to wall surfaces). Chris & his team were fantastic. Very professional and exceptional at what they do. Quality job (very nice & consistent grout lines!) and a pleasure to work with. I found them to be very thorough and the finished product speaks for itself. Would absolutely use them again. more

My company builds larger high end homes in the Austin area. It is critical to surround yourself with good dependable subcontractors. I've been using Rock Solid for about 3 years now and have been extremely pleased with the job Chris Hall and his men do. Chris is very professional and he has some impeccable artisans working for him. Great Tile Work-Fair Price 4/20/2010

I brought Rock Solid flooring on to my job, despite the fact that he was not the tile company my builder usually used. Chris Hall, however, was more creative and than any other tile person i had met. With some 6000 sq. ft. of tile to lay, i wanted excellent work with a creative flair. That is what Hall promised and that is what he delivered. Additionally when 3 minor problems came up after the job was completed, he was back within 48 hours of my call and fixed them with no other discussion required. There is no question i would use him again, should the occasion arise. Pros: Made a commitment and adhered to it more
