Review content:
I brought Rock Solid flooring on to my job, despite the fact that he was not the tile company my builder usually used. Chris Hall, however, was more creative and than any other tile person i had met. With some 6000 sq. ft. of tile to lay, i wanted excellent work with a creative flair. That is what Hall promised and that is what he delivered. Additionally when 3 minor problems came up after the job was completed, he was back within 48 hours of my call and fixed them with no other discussion required.
There is no question i would use him again, should the occasion arise.
Pros: Made a commitment and adhered to it
