I have been to many chiropractors and I feel Dr. Ryan and Dr. Melissa are the only chiropractors that take the time to inquire about my life to understand how to truly treat my pain. They have relieved my back pain and helped me to alleviate my migraine pain. They have upgraded their facility by adding a Pilates Studio to accommodate Pilates Reformer Machines and the Power Vibe Platforms for overall body health. The instructors for all classes are very knowledgeable and love doing their jobs. The front desk staff is always cheerful and extremely helpful and you never seem rushed to leave their office. Drs. Ryan and Melissa started me on my journey to getting my life back. With multiple disk issues, I had experienced chronic lower back and neck pain for many years. My primary care doctor thought I should have surgery, but that would be my last resort. After trying every therapy out there, including traditional chiropractic, injections, physical therapy, intramuscular stimulation, and even prolotherapy, none of it gave me more than temporary relief. Then I found Rock Creek Spine and Rehab. The day that I had my initial consultation with Dr. Melissa, I realized there was finally hope. She explained how their goal is to get your spine back to ""as close to normal"" as possible. With their multi-faceted approach, they designed a custom therapy for my situation, which includes chiro adjustments, traction and decompression. Pilates rehab is strengthening my body to support all the things they are doing to straighten my spine. After a just a few months under their care, my neck is well on its way to curving in the direction it's supposed to, my lower back no longer spasms, and my pain has decreased tremendously. I am well on my way to being 100% again, and I don't have to expect a lifetime of pain anymore. And THAT is priceless. No spinal surgery for me... I have had lower back issues since I was a kid after an injury and have always had horrible posture. Nothing I did worked so I figured I was pretty much going to be in pain and popping advil for the rest of my life. I am only 20 years old so my mom suggested the chiropractor as an idea because she was worried. I came to Rock Creek Spine and they told me that my issues were due to my spine not being aligned. They told me they could fix my spine, which I was kind of skeptical about, but I am almost midway through my treatment and everyone compliments me on how much straighter I am standing up. Dr. Ryan and Dr. Melissa are great doctors and I would highly recommend their chiropractic services to anyone who has any back issues! more

I travel about 1 1/2 hours to see Dr Ryan and Dr. Melissa. I feel the spinal decompression has been greatly beneficial and their interest in helping is evident. Drs. Melissa and Ryan literally gave me my life back. I had been told by medical ""specialists"" that I had to give up sports, suffer with back pain the rest of my life and undergo surgery in the next 10 years. I also suffered from migraines. I have been going to chiropractor's for years, it is always a temporary solution. I went to Rock Creek spine and rehab and now have a much better understanding of what is wrong with my back. Also, how to better take care of it. I like that they try to fix your problem, rather then give you an adjustment and see you next week. I've been going to different chiropractors on and off for years and years. Same story for most of them; They all told me they could fix me, I'd get a few crackins would feel better for a while, but sooner or later the same old neck pain and headaches would be back. I thought that was just how it was, until I met Drs. Melissa and Ryan. They showed me on my Xrays that the curve in my neck was going the wrong way and that even with traditional chiropractic treatment my pain would continue to come back until I changed that curve. So I gave them a chance and went through their rehab program (which was way more detailed and thorough than any other chiropractic treatment I'd been through before). Its been about two years since I finished their program and not only have I not had ANY headaches or neck pain, but my girlfriend says my sleep apnea has gone away and I've totally stopped snoring!!! I'll never go to any other chiropractors... and neither should you!!!! more
