I am very happy when I come to Robertson Honda- Everyone is super friendly and helps me out. Joey is a very helpful guy and because of him I continue to buy my cars here.

I wanted to comment about the service we received at Robertson Honda. We have an 08 Accord and are new in town from Portland. I've seen this dealership on my way to work so I decided to give it a try. I came in because it's been running pretty rough and thought I needed a tune. The service manager, was really great. He spent time with us and explained all the things that the car needed to stay safe but didn't try to sell me a ton of things I didn't need. He even took the time to play with my kids while we waited ... that NEVER happens. I will recommend Robertson Honda to anyone who needs work done on their car!\r more

I've been coming to Robertson for services on my Honda vehicles for a while now. There was never anything wrong with services but there was never anything spectacular about it either, especially the staff. This trip was different to an extreme. The service person, Barry, actually cared about more than my mileage on my car and my form of payment. It was nice to actually have a good conversation and talk about things like family and sports. Barry will always be the service agent that I demand to see!\r more

Just bought a brand new Odyssey Touring 2012 at 0.9.APR for 60 mos. Staff were very friendly. Transaction was fast and quick. We agreed on a price before we got there and when actually got there the transaction was all set. Straightforward and no surprises. They gave us the best price compare to other Honda Dealership. One just have to do their homework. Shop around for the best price and be careful of what other hidden charges (I.e. destination fee). Thanks ROBERTSON HONDA for giving us a great deal so we can buy an Odyssey.\r more

My experience with Robertson Honda was amazing thanks to the manager Paul and his excellent team for getting me a great deal on my 2012 accord. Combined both Galpin and Miller Honda he was able to beat there price quote and give me a much more better deal I highly recommend Robertson Honda. I started my journey early being at my local Honda dealership by 8:30 a.m. To cut a long story short. I went to four different Honda dealers, Robertson Honda being the last and that's where I ended up buying my Accord. These guys were totally awesome. They tok the time out to show me around and I could see the sincerity in their work attitude. I didn't feel pressured at all like I did at the other dealerships.\r more

I just want to share the experience I had when I went to Robertson Honda, where I ended up buying my brand new Civic. I love these guys! My buying process was not a quick one and entailed a lot of time, thinking and research. It took me about 6 months to buy my car and boy am I happy I didn't rush. The sales staff of Robertson Honda were so helpful in my buying experience from day 1. Robertson Honda was my first dealership to visit when I decided I wanted a Civic. My salesman Joey showed me a couple of Civics and was very professional and knowledgeable. First impressions last and he surely impressed me.\r more

I would strongly recommend doing business with Robertson Honda. I purchased my last three cars from this dealership and dealt with the same people over the years. It's nice to know responsible and honest people in the car industry like the managers and sales representatives at Robertson Honda. That is the main reason why I choose to go there time and time again. My whole family purchased their vehicles from Robertson Honda as well. I will never entrust my car buying needs to another as this dealership has proven to me that customer service does not end when you drive the car off the dealership. I just recently moved out here and needed a car. I chose Honda because of their dependability. The closest Honda dealer to me is Robertson Honda. I walked in here expecting the usual salesman attitude of taking advantage of a girl and that they all lie. It was not the case here. I met Mario, he was the salesman that took care of me. He is friendly and nice. He really listened to what I was saying and he was not pushy. We went at my pace and I know that I must have asked him a million times to repeat things to me and not once did he seem that he was annoyed. Mario explained everything to me in detail. All I can say is that the staff at Robertson Honda is top notch!\r more

I'm incredibly impressed: I was able to book my appointment online the night before. I worked with Yohana. She was honest with advice+feedback about my car, knowledgeable, and courteous. She even sat on the ground with me to advise as I was trying to get in some time in the sun. The staff is always really warm+the technicians do great work. My brakes were changed within an hour and half, AND they were cheaper than competing auto shops (I called around before going in). They're missing a star because the the waiting area is sterile and the television plays trashy talk shows. That's just personal preference tho. I always have great experiences here+they've taken great care of my car.\r more

After calling around for a specific color Odyssey which no one had Alen at Robertson Honda told me that they have one on the way to dealership, it should be arriving in 2-3 days. I reluctantly gave him my phone number to call me when van arrived. (i went through a bad experience with another dealer promising the same thing and they couldn't get it. Yet the salesman kept on calling me almost everyday, it was one lie after another. I don't understand if they don't have the car why do they stay they always have it available.) At first i felt the same about Alen. He called us the 3rd day that the vehicle is here. I went in with my husband and to our astonishment within 1 hour we took our new 2011 Honda Odyssey home exactly the way we wanted it. We had an excellent experience and would recommend Alen Bagdasaryan (BTW he is a big teddy bear) and Robertson Honda to everyone.\r more

I was a frustrated car shopper before my experience at Robertson Honda.. My salesman Steve (short and witty little dude), introduced me to the Honda Accord. He went in more detail than any other Honda dealer about the specs and advantages/disadvantages. I liked the fact that he was letting me ask a lot of questions with excellent listening skills. I felt important. I usually get cut off and get the impression that I'm not being viewed as a serious buyer. Bur Steve had the patience. The environment is great at Robertson. They had a nice selection of cars and trucks .\r more

I bought a new Honda Civic from Robertson Honda for daily commute and just recently took the car in for the first service. Their service team is very helpful and quick. They checked out the whole car and had it ready in 30 minutes. They also have complimentary coffee and shuttle service if you need a ride.\r more
