I'm incredibly impressed: I was able to book my appointment online the night before. I worked with Yohana. She was honest with advice+feedback about my car, knowledgeable, and courteous. She even sat on the ground with me to advise as I was trying to get in some time in the sun. The staff is always really warm+the technicians do great work. My brakes were changed within an hour and half, AND they were cheaper than competing auto shops (I called around before going in). They're missing a star because the the waiting area is sterile and the television plays trashy talk shows. That's just personal preference tho. I always have great experiences here+they've taken great care of my car.\r
