Simply put...overpriced. Sure, Sonja was fine but not worth the $70 I was charged for a shampoo and a glorified trim. An unimpressive, barely noticeable, nearly effortless trim. F...

Hair Cut Was Great And Shampoo Amazing 11/28/2009

I found you from a team mate, you had cut his hair and it looked great and he could not stop talking about the shampoo, so i had to give you a try. This has to be the best cut and color of my life. I could not believe the results from what I came in with. Sonja you are a master with color and my cut is perfect. My facial was truly a wonderful now I know what a facial should be like, no rushing just total time spent to make sure my skin looked and felt the way it should be. I will be back. I have been going to Robert Severo's for some time now, and have meet some wonderful people there. I started going to Robert Severo's because my hair was five colors, none of them I liked and just needed to go back to what I was born with. They did such a wonderful job on my hair that I would never go any place else, not even when I am out of town. Thank you for understanding me and my hair. Love you all and God bless.
