FRONT DESK/RECEPTIONIST IS STUPID 12/19/2009

I have NEVER experienced such rudeness in my life. If I'm paying for EXPENSIVE services, I should NOT be treated condescendingly the way this dumb broad was questioning me. I provided details for what services I wanted and the dumb broad made me sound as if I shouldn't be requesting for those items at that particular time. RUDE. William is by far my hero... 12/13/2009

Where do I begin... I spent a few hours on city search trying to find a place that can fix the HOT MESS a swanky high end downtown salon had made.. I went to the Downtown salon because I am trying to stay organic and as natural as possible... Long story short my hair was shredded & fried... I was so unhappy and felt miserable each time I tried to wear my hair out.. Pros: Friendly atmosphere.. Cons: Bring a snack if your a hot mess! It will be awhile.. more

Amazing Salon! Val is the best! 12/9/2009

I am extremely picky when it come to my hair and was therefore very nervous about drastically changing my style. I made an appointment there and was put with Val. I told her what I wanted and how I was a little nervous and she was just amazing. She took it really slow just to be sure I liked it and asked me how I was liking it several times throughout the process. I went from having long hair that was all one length to beautiful new side bangs and layers. I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks! FIRST TIME MICRO EXPERIENCE OVER THE TOP 12/3/2009

Just did a Micro for the very first time with Robert, OMG, it was over the top, and I learned more in one vist then all the vists from my dermatologist (I still love my dermatologist) about my skin. Another thing that I really liked about Robert Severo is the people are all really nice and nobody tried to push products on me and nobody made me feel like I had to buy something out of guilt. BEST HIGHLIGHTS I EVER HAD 12/2/2009

In my opinion Sonja gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Sonya did a superb job on my highlights and color. An added bonus is the great atmosphere of the space itself. All of the staff were very friendly and professional.Sonja made my color pop and the cut was superb. I love my hair. I will definitely return. PRECISION CUT 12/2/2009

I LOVE MY HAIR! I am very, very picky about my hair and finding a great hair stylist is really difficult. I followed my last hairstylist from Salon to Salon but that got old. I am so glad I found Robert Severo's..They are true talent. The precision cut is wonderful, you would not believe how many compliments I have gotten. I will definitely be back! Absolutely Love My Hair 12/2/2009

I went to Robert Severo's to get a haircut last week and absolutely loved it. As a walk in they were able to fit me in that afternoon - which was great because I needed a haircut right away. The staff was very friendly and my stylist, did an awesome job. I have had haircuts at a lot of different places up in the north and this is my first one since I moved here recently. The place is amazing. My stylist is Sonja and I don't even know where to begin. She does not only do great hair but also does my TR.. She did my hair and I got compliments the day after everywhere I went. She also did my TR for a special event. The application was done well and she took her time. I love what Sonja does with my hair. She's creative, knowledgable with products and the cuts are freeflowing so even someone not good with hair (such as myself) can do it the day after.
