Simply put...overpriced. Sure, Sonja was fine but not worth the $70 I was charged for a shampoo and a glorified trim. An unimpressive, barely noticeable, nearly effortless trim. F...

This Salon is the best! I recommend this salon to anyone..My hair looks fantastic... Every customer that left the salon looked fantastic as well. The place is clean, the service is great as well. If anyone is looking to change salons this will by far be your best choice. I will be a return customer! more

Love my color! 3/20/2006

I absolutely love Tamara's work. She takes her time to get to know the client, matches up color, and listens to what you want done to your hair. I have searched high and low for someone who could add shine and manage my curly hair. She can straighten hair without chemical procedures...and it stays without frizz! I love the staff and atmosphere. I am hooked! more

If you want people to stop you and ask you were you get your hair done - then Robert Severo is the place! Everything about this salon is above average from the atmosphere to the service and the incredible styling. Sonja is wonderful, she creates great styles that look good every day, not just when you walk out of the salon - and that is the sign of a great haircut. more

Ive been going to Severo salon for a few years now, I'm a regular and I love the place Not only do they do me exactly the way I want it done - but they really make you feel at home - genuinely relaxing and friendly, everyone knows your name and makes you feel part of the family This is for Sonya, Robert, Diane and all the staff at Savero: you guys rock, totally deserve this award, glad I have the opportunitly to tell the world how awsome you are! Awesome!!! 2/28/2006

I am new in town and needed my hair fixed. My hair was damaged at a posh salon in Miami. Sonia is amazing. I left smiling and am going back for her to do my color as well. The Miami salons have nothing on her. She is very much in control adn knows what she is talking about and seriously CARES!!! I witnessed her training a student and she is awesome. You need to try this salon out. I hope they open another location closer to me... but I will defintely drive out to her. She even had before and after pictures of many, many customers in albums in the waiting area. The staff was smiling and very attentive. I am so happy I found this place and Sonia! more

a hidden treasure 2/26/2006

they didn't have an opening but when i told this was mmy olnly available day. they made oom for me. Sojna took my hair and my woes and turned them inside out and upside down. she reinvented me, but trust me it was needed. more

Five Star 2/16/2006

I was first impressed with the salon from my call for an appointment. Listening to my ""woes"", scheduling with Sonja was suggested. She is a diamond, brilliant in the three Cs of hair -- color, cut and condition. I trudged in with a dull, unmanageable mop of straw and waltzed out with a fabulous foiled, conditioned, and cut head of hair! The salon is upscale and trendy, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the results of a visit absolutely uplifting. more

Awesome 1/30/2006

I got the thermal reconditioning done and was skeptical about spending several hours in the salon. Sonja, Robert and the rest of the staff were great! Everybody made me feel so comfortable and the time flew by. Pros: freindly, knowledgable, professional Cons: $$$ more

My husband and I have just started going to the Robert Severo Salon since moving to WP and we love it. He gets his hair cut by Tamara and she is great. I just got my hair cut by Sonya for the first time and I am hooked! She is fantastic - she took my messy, mousy cut and made my hair look beautiful. The salon has a really relaxing atmosphere and the staff is super nice and helpful. We highly recommend it!!! Pros: evening hours, talented stylists, nice atmosphere more

Sonya's skill in hair color surpasses anyone that I have found in the area. She has a great deal of knowledge and provides a professional and creative approach. Her color for hair has depth and shine. Havi is one of the best guys to comb out your hair and style is chic and appropriate to facial features. Diane as a receptionist is caring, fun and always pleasant and helpful. The whole staff is accomodating and the salon is well appointed. Pros: talented, lots of parking, nice atmosphere more

I have been enjoying the professionalism and expertise at Robert Severo Signature Salon for over 3 yrs. My hair never looked better and complete strangers stop me to compliment my color, shine and condition! The Salon is beautiful and I have always been treated like a valued guest. They have great hours and have been flexible if my schedule changed. Sonya Severo is my color expert and their entire staff share her desire to be the best and the enthusiam to make the whole experience special. I have been looking for a good salon since moving to Orlando. After numerous bad cuts and color I have finally found this salon. I cannot say enough good things about my first experience with Sonja, who is extremely talented and knowledgeable. Sonja not only listened to what I wanted, but also gave feedback on what could be done to correct prior damage and compliment my features. I walked out with great highlights and a cut that I absolutely love! I will definately recommend her to all of my friends and anyone looking for a salon. My follow up 1/17/2006

I recommend Robert Severo Signature Salon for anyone who is unhappy with his or her current stylist. Ladies, we all have an idea of the hairstyle,the length and color we would like to have but we are not stylist. We need someone that will listen to what you want. Someone that will teach us and show us how to reach your goal. Anybody can put a color on your hair. We can go to Wal-mart and buy a box of color. We need that teacher in our lives. I like to call that teacher my friend, my stylist Sonja at Robert Severo Signature Salon. I challenge you to try it out for your self and see what you think. more

Lynn is Fabulous!! 1/16/2006

Lynn took my hair from straw to silk: she is focused on her client (i.e. Not distracted by talking on the phone or to other stylists or customers while she works on her current client). Her suggestion to thermal recondition prior to highlighting resulted in healthy, silky hair with many compliments. A touch $$ but worth every penny!! She is my #1 choice for hair! I Love Her!! Great people,good location Best Salon 1/14/2006

I have been going to Sonia for about 7 years. Every time I walk out of the Salon I feel like a million bucks. She is very skilled and has GREAT sense for color. I had a very natural auburn color hair and when it came time to start coloring Sonia matched it perfectly you could barely tell I had color done and because they use the best products for hair color it made my hair shine like nobodys business.
