Unfortunately, my experience with Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration wasn't a good one. They sent a gentleman that was ill prepared and didn't have the necessary equipment to do the job. Before he came, I told him what to expect and when he came and took a look at the problem, he told me he had to go all the way back to Santa Fe, which is 60 miles away, to get some parts that he didn't bring. This was shocking to me because there are several stores in the area that have the parts that he needed, but he told me he had to go back to his shop. He also expected me to pay for him to drive back and forth from Santa Fe to Albuquerque so he could get his parts. I thought this was very unprofessional and not fair since he was the one who didn't bring the correct parts to fix my plumbing. After driving back and forth, he finally had the right parts and repaired the job but I also had multiple jobs that he needed to fix since I'm the apartment manager and he told me he would have to drive back to Santa Fe to get the parts to fix our washer. I decided to go with someone else in the area because I didn't want to deal with this again. I was charged $490 for this one specific job and I was not happy at all. The other company came to repair my washer and the other jobs I needed them to do and he finished in ten minutes! I told him about the previous situation and he went ahead and looked at the plumbing work that the person did and told me that it wasn't up to code and that he did it wrong. He offered to repair this person's mistakes without charge and my bill with this other company came out to $98, they did way more work than the person at Roadrunner. I talked with the business owner at Roadrunner and they apologized, but it took them several calls to get back to me. As a business owner, I understand how hard it is to manage a business, but this person they sent was inexperienced and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. more

Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration installed a new AC and heating unit at on of my job sites. They really dealt with my contractor but everything I heard from him was they did a fine job. They showed up when they were supposed to and got the work done in a pretty timely manner. As far as I know we had no problems with them or the service. more

Well I've actually used Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration twice. Once for my boiler and once for plumbing in my shower and both are very complicated systems. I was impressed because they knew exactly what they were doing and you can reach them at any time and show up quickly. The folks who came out and did the work were very nice and respectful of my home. Really the service and the work couldn't have been any better. I would recommend them to others. more

Well I thought the service people they sent out were great, they seemed to know what they were doing and worked quickly while being very polite and courteous with anyone they spoke with. My biggest complaint is that they don't follow up. They just didn't follow up with what they said they would do. Because of that I can't recommend them. more

I needed to replace my furnace, on an emergency, we had very cold days, I had family comming in to visit. I got a promt response on a quote, it was very competitive, the service very good. The technician was on time to do the installation. They had to return to address some follow up issues, but did it promptly and with excellent service. I recommend Roadrunner. more

Heat pump system was installed at specified cost and within specified time frame. Work was completed by polite and thorough people who knew what they were doing. Assistance was also provided to restart part of an old in-floor heating system that had failed in the past. John has been great to work with and very creative in his efforts. Much appreciated! more

I own a B&B in Santa Fe. I contacted Roadrunner to check on three guest rooms I had heating problems with. They arranged service for the same day. Eric, the Technician, was personable, thorough, and communicated throughout the process. After obtaining new parts, he had to of my three furnaces working again. The third was beyond repair and he requested a quote for a new unit. I was very pleased with the process and end results. Highly recommend Roadrunner! more

Roadrunner does an absolutely outstanding job in every respect. I had a person at my home the same afternoon I called to inspect my situation and give me an estimate of the costs. They had a crew at my home the next morning and my new furnaced was installed and up and running by 1 p.m. the same day. Can't ask for much more than that for prompt service and quality installation ! more

Roadrunner has helped me with small and big problems at my rental properties. I trust them. Recently they helped in a big way, when another company was suggesting a huge investment in equipment, Roadrunner solved the problem in less than 2 hours and no new equipment. I went with the 4 stars because of some gaps in follow through but most of the time the service was A++. I have been using this company for over 10 years. more
