I own a B&B in Santa Fe. I contacted Roadrunner to check on three guest rooms I had heating problems with. They arranged service for the same day. Eric, the Technician, was personable, thorough, and communicated throughout the process. After obtaining new parts, he had to of my three furnaces working again. The third was beyond repair and he requested a quote for a new unit. I was very pleased with the process and end results. Highly recommend Roadrunner!
