I love Rizzieri Salon in Voorhees. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They always remember my name and treat me like I am a celebrity. All of the stylists are excellent, but Lou is above and beyond. He has helped rehab my hair over the past two years. I now actually like my hair and feel confident and attractive. He gives 200% of his focus, energy and talent whenever he cuts my hair. The salon is beautiful, clean and smells fantastic. I am now using Aveda products and could not be happier. I recommend this salon to everyone, but I hate to share my Lou! more

I was hesitant to try the masters salon when it open but at the time was traveling to Manyunk,PA to have my color and cut done at an Aeveda Salon. With a busy travel schedule for work the idea of having my hair done in my own town was pretty appealing so I gave it a try. My first visit 2 and half years ago was terrible. I was considering calling Marlton and just scheduling a cut but after some consideration called the Masters Salon and was asked to come in that day for correction (I appreciated getting in the same day). Lou did a great job correcting my cut (The original cut was done by a Woman, not Lou)and turned a very bad situation around quickly. Because of Lous professionalism and quialty work I decided to return to the salon to have my color done and eventually changed all my hair services over to Masters Salon. I now see Krisin for Color (recommended by Lou)and Lou for my cut and I am very happy with their work. I have had services at each of the Rizzieri locations and find the staff at the Masters Salon to be the warmest and most friendly. The receptionist always great me with a smile and often by name. (This to me is as important as the qualiy of the services.) I will continue to visit the Masters Salon for exceptional services and outstanding customer service at a convienint location. I have been a loyal client of the Rizzieri Student Clinic for around 15 years. Several months ago I had a very bad experience with a daytime student when I went for a touchup. The morning after my hair coloring, I looked in the mirror and was horrified at the horrible job this male student did on my hair. I called the same day and was told to come back immediately, which I did. I was horrified when I was charged a fee for the product the second time. Additionally, I tipped the male student and tipped the student that did the re touchup and I was told that it is normal procedure to be recharged. Last month I decided to come back and try again and I called and left two voice mail messages. Nobody answered either message. So, Rizzieri, I am finished with you. more
