I have been a loyal client of the Rizzieri Student Clinic for around 15 years. Several months ago I had a very bad experience with a daytime student when I went for a touchup. The morning after my hair coloring, I looked in the mirror and was horrified at the horrible job this male student did on my hair. I called the same day and was told to come back immediately, which I did. I was horrified when I was charged a fee for the product the second time. Additionally, I tipped the male student and tipped the student that did the re touchup and I was told that it is normal procedure to be recharged. Last month I decided to come back and try again and I called and left two voice mail messages. Nobody answered either message. So, Rizzieri, I am finished with you.
