I was hesitant to try the masters salon when it open but at the time was traveling to Manyunk,PA to have my color and cut done at an Aeveda Salon. With a busy travel schedule for work the idea of having my hair done in my own town was pretty appealing so I gave it a try. My first visit 2 and half years ago was terrible. I was considering calling Marlton and just scheduling a cut but after some consideration called the Masters Salon and was asked to come in that day for correction (I appreciated getting in the same day). Lou did a great job correcting my cut (The original cut was done by a Woman, not Lou)and turned a very bad situation around quickly. Because of Lous professionalism and quialty work I decided to return to the salon to have my color done and eventually changed all my hair services over to Masters Salon. I now see Krisin for Color (recommended by Lou)and Lou for my cut and I am very happy with their work. I have had services at each of the Rizzieri locations and find the staff at the Masters Salon to be the warmest and most friendly. The receptionist always great me with a smile and often by name. (This to me is as important as the qualiy of the services.) I will continue to visit the Masters Salon for exceptional services and outstanding customer service at a convienint location. Thank you!
