The last two reviews must be Ashley! Same date, different names, how cute! I was in the office and saw how you spoke to those women, over an electric bill you didn't pay, what a loser! lol If you hate it so much, why don't you just break your lease and move! And if the apartment is so bad, why did you move in? I guess your mommy and daddy wouldn't let you annoy them anymore! Pros: Great move in specials, and decent size apartments. Cons: Road construction is horrible, but that's every place it seems like more

All around crappy 9/12/2008

Riverside village is not a place you want to live. I have had my fair share of bad experiences living here. I cannot even fathom the idea that a business could be run so horribly. The walls are paper thin, the parking is often not available, and the children living here have no supervision and are therefore roaming and playing the streets at all hours. My shower was moldy when I first moved in and still leaks. Half of the power outlets did not work and the hot water was shut off. The construction outside is like a nightmare. It takes me 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot, and fresh air- forget about it. Your windows must be shut 9 times out of 10 because the contruction dust is just 20 feet away. Don't get me started on the employees. Not one of them can define customer service. Theyre only capable of telling you everythings your fault. If you want anything taken care of properly you must deal with corporate. Luckily, someone in the company has an idea of how a business works. I guess I would say choosing riverside village has been the biggest mistake I have ever made, bringing only feelings of stress and animosity to my life. Pros: Square footage of larger units Cons: everything else more

Nasty Apartments, Rude Employees, An all around mistake. 9/12/2008

I've lived here 6mos and I regret every minute of it. As far as customer service, maturity, organization and accuracy goes its rated a zero. The office and management with in the office can't seem to get a grip on organization and their perfessionalism when something goes hay wire on there end goes completly out the door. They do not hold them selfs responsible for any lost paper work , or even for moving someone into a fifthy non cleaned apartment from day one.(It had not been perfessionly disinfected, how nasty-- cigarette butts all over, old food in the fridge/ freezer, items left along the apartment.) It took them a whole day to find a solution to just this error. Choosing these apartments would be the worst mistake, and i would advice you to not put yourself through the hastle or the anguish of having to deal with anyone with in the leasing office. Not one of those employees is curtious, perfessional, or responsible for anything. If there is ever a situation where you don't agree with the employees, they not only form what seems to be a vendetta against you , they are rude, they make snyde remarks, even comments under their breath & on more than one occasion they just can't seem to find their corporate number, hmm you can't help but think how convient that is for them, that they dont know there bosses number. The apartment as far as looks is not anything to write home about either, cuboards are warped, carpet is old and not replaced, the only way you get what the picture advertises is if you get a model apartment, which by the way they claim not to have. Looks can be deceiving the apartment it self looks nothing like the photos, as far as cleanslyness flooring and fixture updates. You won't go wrong by choosing to lease anywhere BUT riverside village apartments. Pros: It has a pool, the lawn service men ruin the experience by wistling @ you while your laying out. Cons: It would not be somewhere i recomended to anyone. more

Do not reccommend living in Riverside village 1/19/2007

I lived here for over a year and was not satisfied at all. The first day I moved in I woke up to find a maintenance man in my apartment. He said he was checking my smoke detector yet after I saw him he immediately left without checking it. The customer service is horrible as well. If you're late on a payment you have to pay your monthly rent plus an additional $65. If you have to call Consolidated Management (Riverside's owner) it's only a waste of time and genrally the customer service people there are not friendly. The apartment itself was horrible. $540 for a one bedroom thats only 700 square feet and has black mold in it is not worth your money. I do not reccommend this apartment complex to anyone. Pros: Electric Stove, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal Cons: Customer Service, Black Mold, Price more
