I've lived here 6mos and I regret every minute of it. As far as customer service, maturity, organization and accuracy goes its rated a zero. The office and management with in the office can't seem to get a grip on organization and their perfessionalism when something goes hay wire on there end goes completly out the door. They do not hold them selfs responsible for any lost paper work , or even for moving someone into a fifthy non cleaned apartment from day one.(It had not been perfessionly disinfected, how nasty-- cigarette butts all over, old food in the fridge/ freezer, items left along the apartment.) It took them a whole day to find a solution to just this error. Choosing these apartments would be the worst mistake, and i would advice you to not put yourself through the hastle or the anguish of having to deal with anyone with in the leasing office. Not one of those employees is curtious, perfessional, or responsible for anything. If there is ever a situation where you don't agree with the employees, they not only form what seems to be a vendetta against you , they are rude, they make snyde remarks, even comments under their breath & on more than one occasion they just can't seem to find their corporate number, hmm you can't help but think how convient that is for them, that they dont know there bosses number. The apartment as far as looks is not anything to write home about either, cuboards are warped, carpet is old and not replaced, the only way you get what the picture advertises is if you get a model apartment, which by the way they claim not to have. Looks can be deceiving the apartment it self looks nothing like the photos, as far as cleanslyness flooring and fixture updates. You won't go wrong by choosing to lease anywhere BUT riverside village apartments.
Pros: It has a pool, the lawn service men ruin the experience by wistling @ you while your laying out.
Cons: It would not be somewhere i recomended to anyone.
