Riverside village is not a place you want to live. I have had my fair share of bad experiences living here. I cannot even fathom the idea that a business could be run so horribly. The walls are paper thin, the parking is often not available, and the children living here have no supervision and are therefore roaming and playing the streets at all hours. My shower was moldy when I first moved in and still leaks. Half of the power outlets did not work and the hot water was shut off. The construction outside is like a nightmare. It takes me 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot, and fresh air- forget about it. Your windows must be shut 9 times out of 10 because the contruction dust is just 20 feet away. Don't get me started on the employees. Not one of them can define customer service. Theyre only capable of telling you everythings your fault. If you want anything taken care of properly you must deal with corporate. Luckily, someone in the company has an idea of how a business works. I guess I would say choosing riverside village has been the biggest mistake I have ever made, bringing only feelings of stress and animosity to my life.
