Repair bumper 2/19/2017

We have used Riverbend 2 times now and had greay experience. Very prompt on scheduling your vehicle repair and customer service with communicating through out the experience. Last week i brought my vehicle in for a new rear bumper, my explorer was backed into at work. They only had my vehicle for a day and when i picked it up it looked brand new! Not only the bumper, but it was washed and cleaned on the inside. I was so happy the whole day! Thank you Riverbend more

Total hack job 2/9/2017

My truck was hit a year ago. It took 4 attempts for them to get the paint correct and get the panels lined up. Today, I go to change a headlight. 7 washers fell off of the bolt that holds the bottom of the assembly in. Three were taped together and the others were loose. One more $@!#% on you guys. I've told at least a hundred people of the sloppy job you've done. Anyone want pics of this mess from this "highly rated" shop, email me. Darren.dibble29@gmail.com. Save yourself some headache. Time. Brand NEW again 9/24/2015

Hit a deer within a week of getting our new truck, brought it in. Service was great staff were helpful and friendly. Got my truck back and it was beautiful they did an awesome job and it looked just like it did when we got it.. Brand new Again. more

Such friendly and professional customer service is wonderful! 1/27/2014

Although disappointed about the accident, I was very pleased with the service at Riverbend Body Shop. The staff was friendly, they repaired the damage in a timely manner, they handled all the insurance, and gave me a free loaner car to use. They returned my car looking like new and even cleaned and vacuumed the inside! Riverbend takes care of the details, goes the extra mile, and excels in customer service! Great job! Highly recommended! more

SOLD ME A SALVAGE CAR 11/2/2013

I bought a 99 Oldsmobile Cutlass for $2000 they didn't disclose to me it was a salvage title and the car only lasted me 5 months. Do not buy a car from river bend auto! They sell $@!#% salvage cars. more

Great Customer Service! 7/17/2013

I am a huge believer in the importance of the customer and making sure they are treated right. To me, that will determine who I choose next time. Riverbend's customer service was top notch and their follow up was great. My car not only looks great on the outside again, it also looks great on the inside and I never once was inconvenienced or missed any work to get this repair done. I will definitely recommend them and will choose them again should the need arise. more

1st Choice! 9/8/2012

I choose Riverbend because of the great reviews they received on multiple sites and I was not disappointed! They did an EXCELLENT JOB on repairing my major rear end damage. The car had preexisting paint peeling and they still managed to make the new bumper and trunk blend into the rest of the car. They told me it would six days and they completed it in two! They gave me a loaner for free so I could work, and when I accidentally killed the battery and couldn't open the hood, they sent someone out in an hour. I asked about a squeaking on the back right wheel, and when they couldn't find it, they drove it with me until we found the problem. They didn't try to scam me at all! They told me it wasn't to pressing, and they it was an easy fix for anyone will a little knowledge of cars! (Like my father across the state). I couldn't give them a higher recommendation. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! more

My wife' family has used Riverbend Body shop since she was a young child and Rivertown's Honda car dealership also brought us back to Rivertown. In the past, we have been pleased with the service and overall extremely satisfied. This experience was okay. Seemed like the dates were changed when to drop the vechicle off and when to pick up our vechicle several times. more

Excellent work 2/27/2012

They did an excelllent job. They seemed to fix al of the little things that needed some attention along with the major problem. Could use a little more communication on the status of the repairs and the anticipated completion date. Tlhey wnet out of their way to provide me with a loaner car. more

Great place to have your car fixed. 2/25/2012

RIverbend Body Shop is a very professional organization that does everything they say they'll do. The free loaner is the frosting on the cake! They communicated with me frequently throughout the process. My car was fixed in a timely fashion and it looks even better than it did before the accident. A few days after I picked up my car, I noticed a few minor things that weren't right so I went back to Riverbend Body Shop and they fixed everything on the spot while I waited. I've had bad experiences at body shops before so my level of expectation wasn't the highest. That has totally changed now that I've found a place that does what they say they're going to do and they do it right! more

The car came back like brand new. 12/16/2011

Riverbend Body Shop was top-notch. Everything went very nicely. I had to have the car picked up, and they did that. They picked it up with their wrecker, brought it to the garage, and they got it fixed up in very short order. Basically, it only took them about 10 days to do it, and the car came back like a brand new car, so I was very pleased. D. Bakker more

Perfect! 10/5/2011

Riverbend Body Shop did a great job fixing my car. It took a little longer than expected, but they did that in order to make sure my car came back perfect! Which it did! So I really appreciated that they took their time with it. There was a dent in the back quarter panel they were fixing. They were able to match the body line and get the correct color, which was my biggest fear that the paint wouldn't match. I'm so happy with the results, I'd definitely go back if I had to and would highly recommend them to anybody! more

Great service 7/13/2011

Took our van to them after it was rear ended, had the entire rear hatch replaced and left rear corner panel rebuilt along with the bumper. Looks like its brand new again. more
