This was the first time I worked with Riverbend for collision repair. They did a great job coordinating with my insurance and making the whole process run smoothly. The repair looks great. Thank you to everyone for a great job. more

Awesome 12/28/2010

From picking the truck up to the delivery of it when the work was completed was great. The truck came back clean and the work was superb. I would recommend their service to everyone. It is nice to know that there are people out there that still pride themselves with great customer service. Coming from a background of customer service, I like to think that the way that the customer is treated is key, respect for the customer along with the vehicle was demonstrated very well, and these folks get the job done right the first time. Dave was great and very helpful by keeping me in the loop of where things were at while the truck was in there for service. more

Great service, excellent work. 12/16/2010

My experience with Riverbend Body Shop was excellent. They were easy to deal with, and they took care of everything. It was an all-around great experience, and I would recommend them to anybody. It was not my first time using Riverbend Body Shop; my family has used them a number of times over the years. This time it was a pretty good sized job. The whole driver's side of the vehicle was hit, and they did the entire thing. They did an excellent job on the vehicle. I am very happy and pleased with their work. They have very good services. more

I was pleased with the results. 12/15/2010

I brought Riverbend Body Shop a badly damaged car, and they fixed it as near to perfect as I can see. It is not the first time but the second time they have done that for me. I have given them 2 badly damaged cars, and in both instances they gave them back in great shape. Their service is expensive, but I think it is well worth it. They do the work in a fair amount of time, and they have a follow up. One of their estimators makes sure that you think the job was okay after having it home for awhile. I think that is a nice touch. I would certainly recommend Riverbend Body Shop to anyone. more
