Wonderful service 7/11/2011

I was thoroughly impressed with the work done and the timeliness. They told me how long everything would take and met the schedule every step of the way -- and the car looks great! Even more noticeable, however, was the service. They were great to deal with -- professional, friendly, competent. I don't know how they could have improved. It was a true pleasure. Thank you! more

Repair on our Honda Element after getting hit by a Turkey 5/25/2011

Our vehicle after the repair looked like new inside and out. The repair and finish job was excellent. The staff at Riverbend wanted to make sure that our needs were met and in a timely fashion. We also were given a loaner to use while the repair was being done. more

I was recommended to Riverbend Body Shop by the auto shop and service center I go in Rivertown. I needed some insurance work done on a car, so I called them. They towed the car away, worked on it the same day, and I didn't have to hear a word about it until they were done. The whole process was really easy. The front driver-side of the car was smashed in and they replaced it as well as the suspension. Before they did the paint job, they called and told me about some dents in the driver-side door and how much it would be to fix those as well. I agreed to have the extra work done. The work they did was really good. It looks just like new. Tim Martin more

Dave was very helpful with the estimate. He also was willing to give a estimate when they were closed for the new years eve. I like the avalibility of a free rental vehicle. The work was done completely and according to the estimate. The van was returned neat and clean. more

Jack was very friendly and helpful in the estimate process. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous. The loaner car was great! The finished product was excellent. I felt comfortable enough with the shop to allow my teenage daughter to pick up the car and make the payment. more

Service good, need to contact custormer when delay happens 1/17/2011

I have used the company on several occasions and have always had good service. This time I guess a part was not available and the right one was not shipped once. Understand but would have liked them to call me to tell me this instead of not getting a call when told on two different dates more

Did nice work, not overly friendly 1/10/2011

I had some work done on our Toyota and the work was completed to my satisfaction. Apparently the parts took a bit longer to get there than planned. I was two days longer than anticipated. That wasn't a big issue, since they provided me with a loaner in the meantime. I don't give them a 5 because it seemed as though I was interrupting their business when I asked a question at the front desk. The receptionist was not particulary friendly. She wasn't by any means rude or hostile, just didn't make you feel very welcome. The man that wrote up the quote, Jack, was nice enough. One thing that was requested by me was overlooked or forgotten. The car did come back washed and vacuumed and looked quite nice. I would bring my car back to them, but probably wouldn't send them a Christmas card next year. more
