Just had my first appointment with Debbie. I walked in with dry, frizzy over-processed hair and left with shiny, beautiful healthy hair. I looked like a new person when Ieft the salon. Debbie spent so much time with me and worked a miracle with my hair. I can't say enough about her and how talented she is. Don't hesitate to make an appointment. I promise you that you will be happy. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and helpful. You will enjoy the whole experience. I'm so thrilled to have found my new favorite salon! more

I cannot write enough about how amazing my hair is.. The color the cut and the SHINE and overall health is unbelievable. My cut grows out and still looks amazing in fact people say wow did you get your hair done again??? NOPE my hairstylist is the best !!! really... more

I was a repeat customer with what I thought was a good relationship with Debbie. After waiting a few months for a response to my typed letter or credit to my acct., I did not even get an apology! Bottom line, I felt taken advantage of in two ways, my time and money! Booked my appt. way in advance with my daughter so Debbie could cut her hair while my color processed. She ended up with another client (friend) and did not even act like she was in a hurry. Tried to shove my daughter's haircut off on another stylist and then did not even dry my hair because she complained about her wrist hurting from blow drying so I gave her a break and in exchange, she charged me $20 OVER the last time I was in for the same service minus a blow dry and style. Charged me $30 for my daughter's haircut when we had discussed at my last appt. that it would be $15. Complains about how business and the economy is tough on her, well it is tough for all of us! When you treat people like she did me, I cannot even imagine how many repeat customers she could have! Awful way to run a business.......wish I had the space to write out the whole 2 page letter I wrote her with NO response! more

Lynn is an amazing hairstylist and colorist. She takes her time and never makes you feel like she is in a hurry to get to the next client. When I tell her what I want she listens & offers her own suggestions on what she thinks will or will not look good as well...her ideas always turn out way better than mine anyway!!! :) more
