I had the yogurt facial. It was very relaxing and I enjoyed the whole experience at Rituals. Have gone to other spas but enjoy this spa the most and highly recommend it. Have bought gift certificates for friends to try it. more

Always a great experience 1/30/2012

I've been coming to Rituals regularly for over 3 years now, and always enjoy the experience. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, yet professional, and the environment is calm, quiet and relaxing. Even though it's nearly an hour's drive from where I live, I wouldn't consider anything closer to home. more

Anna was great! I was a little nervous about my first experience with Botox, but she put my mind at ease right away. She was fast and efficient and I'm looking forward to my follow-up appointment. The rest of the staff is very warm and friendly too! more

Every time I arrive at Rituals I have always experience the most professional treatment. The girls at the front desk are always pleasant and accommodating. Veronica is great. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. more

I had the 50 minute anti-stress massage and it was fabulous. Rituals is quiet, calming and relaxing. I wanted to stay there all day! more

60 min facial actually 45 min 1/16/2012

Went on my birthday to enjoy a relaxing facial and a bikini wax. i had a 12:00 appt., by the time I changed and esthetician entered the room it was 12:15. I had my wax done first, which took about 10 mins, then my facial and at 1:08 she said, "Ok your all set." Really? I was very upset and disappointed and annoyed. Kinda ruined that part of my birthday. This is the second time this has happened there. Same thing for a facial in Sept. when I went with my daughter. Don't charge for an hour if the services aren't an hour long. you don't get the pampered Day Spa feeling there. more

Not my favorite facial. 1/12/2012

I have had facials in several places and this was not my favorite and then it was $10 more than listed on-line. The spa is pretty but too pretentious for me and the people take themselves way too seriously. more

Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing afternoon that allowed my husband and myself retreat from the world. It restored us and revived us to face some situations that are very challenging for us right now. Thanks for taking such good care of us. The treatments were wonderful!! more

I have been Cheyenne's client I believe three times now, and each time I have come away from the spa with an overall feeling I have just visited a top notch spa in NYC. From the front desk to the spa table, everyone has been very professional and helpful. So glad you are nearby... :) more

Results 1/2/2012

Loved the relaxing deep massage! My therapist however did not leave time for my chief complaint area. Neither did my sisters therapist. May I suggest you have the LMP's ask what % of the time the client wants spent on their specific requested area. We both left more relaxed, unfortunately with a stiff neck & hip tension. Other than that, the spa & the services were all wonderful. more

Massage Day with Adult Daughters 12/31/2011

Recently, both of my daughters received a hot stone massage while I enjoyed a much needed tissue massage. We were all exceptionally satisfied. We have made a massage at Rituals Spa our annual post Christmas celebration for ourselves. We love the atmosphere and the the massage therapists are wonderful. Laura (deep tissue) catered to my needs, I left and continue to feel much better. While I have not been to that many other Spa's, perhaps four others, I overall like Rituals Spa the best. I highly recommend. more
