Went on my birthday to enjoy a relaxing facial and a bikini wax. i had a 12:00 appt., by the time I changed and esthetician entered the room it was 12:15. I had my wax done first, which took about 10 mins, then my facial and at 1:08 she said, "Ok your all set." Really? I was very upset and disappointed and annoyed. Kinda ruined that part of my birthday. This is the second time this has happened there. Same thing for a facial in Sept. when I went with my daughter. Don't charge for an hour if the services aren't an hour long. you don't get the pampered Day Spa feeling there.
