Ritchey Autos-Great dealership and Salesman 12/19/2009

Great dealership and just the best and professional salesman in John Huger. I brought my 2006 Cadillac CTS and I have enjoyed every minute of ownership. John Huger help me pick it out and was not pushy at all. The new facility is beautiful. Richey Cadillac is a great place with the best experience ever. We have been doing business with Alan Behnke for many years and absolutely love Alan. Alan goes above and beyond with his personal service and is extremely polite every time we speak with him. No other dealership gives the kind of personal service that Richie Cadillac gives to their customers. I bet my money there is no other sales person out there that could touch Alan Behnke. Ritchey Autos ? Cadillac/Buick is the best!!! 12/11/2009

We moved from South Florida to the Daytona Beach area in 2003 and never before had such a wonderful experience buying a car. When it was time for a new car, it was not something we looked forward to after what we dealt with in South Florida. I always felt I was being lied to in South Florida, but not here. After coming to Ritchey Cadillac/Buick (formerly Lloyd) and dealing with the best salesman around, I actually look forward to the next time I need a new vehicle. Our salesman, Alan Behnke, is top notch! Never before have I been taken care of so well, Everything that needed to be done when purchasing or leasing a new vehicle was taken care of by Alan and that really impressed me. He treats his customers in such a special way. I wouldn't deal with anyone else! more

A Surprisingly Wonderful Experience! 11/26/2009

A SURPRISINGLY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! We had a great experience with Charlotte "Charlie" DuPuy on our recent car buying experience! My wife and I knew that it was time to upgrade our cars...but, like many people, we were somewhat intimidated and didn't quite know how to find out what we needed and what we could afford. Fortunately, Charlie made the process fun, nonthreatening, pressure and hassle free. When a few transactional issues came up, Charlie proactively communicated with all involved to make sure everything was smooth and satisfactory. The dealership and the people were a joy to do business with. Highly recommended! more

BEEN THERE--DONE THAT---WILL DO IT AGAIN! 11/20/2009

I've been a customer for Ritchey (and previously Lloyd) for over 12 years, purchased six new vehicles from this dealership, and had ALL of them serviced and maintained there. After such an extended period of association, I can say with conviction that I know this dealereship as well as anyone. Nothing in life is consistently perfect---but their attention to customer satisfaction and the spirit exhibited by their team of employees puts this dealership as close to perfection as one can expect. more
